I hired Tood on the recommendation of a friend. He was excellent! When I called (as our house was being built and I am out of town a lot for my job) gave him the description of what I wanted, Gave Todd a date of when he could measure, he showed up on time as promised and went to work. Todd called me the evening he measured and gave me an estimate so he could order the shutters. -
My shutters took about 4 weeks to order and deliver. They arrived on time, the date he gave me and was able to show up when I needed him to between my work trips.
They are just beautiful. I needed a slight adjustment in 2 shutters and he showed up the following day after my call.
I could not be more pleased!
